It will be held Friday, September 15th at Padilla Interpretive Center and Aquarium near Bayview State Park in Skagit County.
This event will also include a tour of the Washington Association of Conservation Districts Plant Materials Center in Bow, which is about 10 minutes away from the seminar site.
